We hired Diaz Painting to paint the exterior of our home after coming highly recommended. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint. I was particular about the steps of our project and they honored each request to include protection of my landscaping. My project started with a full power wash of our Spanish tile roof, gutters cleaned, full 3-coat exterior paint to the entire house, painted 100ft retaining wall, painted black wrought iron balcony rails, pavers and flagstone cleaned and sealed, and granite grip applied to all concrete surfaces. They even replaced multiple exterior light fixtures with new ones. Each day they were prompt, professional, and meticulous at every step of our project. If there was a 10-star rating I would apply a full 10 stars to Diaz Painting! Daily we are getting compliments of our property and inquiries on who we used. Rene, Roman, and their entire crew are an absolute pleasure to work with and we couldn't be happier. We have the best looking house on our street thanks to the Diaz painting family.

I just want to share how much of a pleasure it was to work with Diaz Painting! I am a raving fan! Quality of workmanship is very important to me as I own a home that was built in 1932. We have wood siding, wood windows and stucco on the exterior of our house. Rene and his team put the effort in to the prep work that I would expect and the end result was magnificent. They pressure washed, sanded peeling paint, repaired stucco, caulked and primed prior to painting. Once they started painting, they did two coats of paint! I even had a contractor that was doing work on the house across the street comment on the quality of work that they were doing! At the end of the day, I feel that I got value from every penny that I spent with them. I look forward to working with them again on the inside of the house and as things need continued maintenance. I have also had a number of neighbors comment and request their number which I have "0" hesitation referring them business!

Diaz painting did a fabulous job painting the exterior of our home. Renee, the owner and Lead painter, was honest and fair in his estimate. He was on site and actively involved in the work every day of the project, as promised. He was responsive and accessible via text throughout the project. He started the project on time and completed the job ahead of schedule. Having seen the excellent work they were doing we decided to double the scope of their project midway through. Thankfully, Rene was flexible and gracious about adding more work. The whole Diaz team was detail oriented, precise in their workmanship, and open to feedback.
