1. Relocate everything from floor surface.
2. Sweep/ vacuum floors.
3. Pressure wash floor.
4. Wash and scrub with muriatic acid to remove any contaminants.
5. Wait to dry completely with fans.
6. Scrape and sand any lose coatings.
7. Mask and cover surrounding walls or obstacles to insure coatings go where you want it.
8. Cover/seal the floors with a minimum of 2 coats with premium quality coatings to maximize floor coating life.
9. Remove all masking paper, plastic, tape and clean up.
